By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service
Nityaseva is a spiritual practice companion dedicated to Shree Swami Samarth. Features may include:
- Daily Overview with inspiration and practice summaries
- Nityaseva Pothi and sacred literature (including Saramrut, Gurucharitra, Aarti, Stotra, Ashtakam)
- Jap / Tarak Mantra counter, timers, and analytics
- Schedule, reminders, and sankalp intentions
- Backup and restore of local practice data
- Optional Pro features such as extended analytics
The Service is for personal, non-commercial devotion and education. It is not medical, legal, or professional advice.
Purchases & subscriptions
Paid features (“Pro”) may be offered through Google Play. Billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by the applicable store. See Refunds & Billing.
Acceptable use
Use the Service respectfully. Do not misuse, reverse engineer, or interfere with the apps or website, or use them for unlawful purposes.
